We had a great meeting on August 9th. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Our next steps are:

Individual meetings of each of the seven committees by October 1.

1. Each committee should meet individually to prepare their first draft report. The Chairs are responsible for coordinating this activity.(Call my office for help)

2. These meetings can be held anywhere that the Chair chooses.

3. The first draft report should be delivered to Dr. Fred Burg’s office no later than October 15th.

A meeting of the Executive Committee will be held before the end of October to review and revise the report.

In December a full meeting of the commission will be held to review the entire report. Please follow the outline in the attached matrix for your report.
