EVALUATION

1. Key interventions will be identified that through previous research have been shown to have an impact on either health care cost or access

2. Baseline data will be acquired for the citizens of Alabama on the cost for health care or patient access in the domains that relate to these interventions

3. Data will be generated that can be used as a preintervention baseline

4. Data will be gathered in the 2 years following implementation of a legislative intervention
